Our story

The partner we wished we’d had

Founded in 2024, Finnovic brings together people who have worked inside brokerages, technology providers and liquidity firms — and who kept running into the same problem from the other side of it.

A modern brokerage has to run a trading platform, liquidity connectivity, risk management, reporting, client onboarding and daily operations at once, while the market keeps moving. Most end up doing it across several systems that were never designed to talk to each other. The complexity is not in any one part; it is in the seams between them.

Finnovic exists to close those seams. We built the technology partner we always wanted: one that doesn’t just hand over tools, but stays through implementation, optimisation and growth. Finnovic Shield and the wider product suite are drawn straight from how real desks operate.

How we got here

Two years, five products, one desk at a time

Finnovic started as a consultancy. Every product on this site exists because a broker we were advising needed it.

2024

Founded, and the first product

  • CompanyFinnovic Consultancy FZCO is founded in Dubai, advising brokers on platform, risk and day-to-day operations.
  • ProductFinnovic Care ships — managed MT5 hosting, monitoring and platform support. The first product, built directly out of the consultancy work.
  • ClientThe first broker goes live on Finnovic software.
  • ProductFinnovic Lens ships — daily trading signals and market briefings, delivered white-label.
2025

The platform years

  • ProductFinnovic Shield ships — real-time exposure, toxic-flow scoring and one-click hedging. It becomes the flagship.
  • ProductFinnovic Hub ships — the broker back office: clients, KYC, payments and IB commissions.
  • OfficeThe team moves to Office 34 in Al Mankhool — the Dubai office we work from today.
2026

Five products, and the road

  • ProductFinnovic Flow ships — swap rates and the swap-free reversal engine, completing the set of five.
  • Scale10+ brokers now run on Finnovic, supported by a team of 6+ specialists.
  • EventMoney Expo India, Mumbai — we exhibited across both days, 29–30 August.
  • EventForex Expo Dubai — booth 331, 22–23 September.
Our founder

The person behind the platform

Vadamalai Subramaniam has spent more than twenty years in the financial markets, across trading technology, brokerage operations and risk management.

Most of that time has been spent alongside brokers and financial institutions rather than at arm’s length from them — working on the unglamorous side of the business, where operational efficiency is won through technology, automation and disciplined process rather than through a better trading idea.

He is a Chartered Market Technician (CMT) and a graduate of the Executive Programme in Algorithmic Trading (EPAT®), which puts market knowledge and hands-on technical work in the same place. That combination is the reason Finnovic’s products read like they were designed by someone who has sat on a dealing desk — because they were.

How he runs it

One conviction shapes the company: technology should take work off a business, not add to it. Four principles follow from it.

  1. Solve the real problem. Practical answers to actual business challenges, not features in search of a use.
  2. Build what can be relied on. Systems a desk can depend on when the market moves.
  3. Keep improving. Continuous refinement through innovation and automation.
