What does Finnovic do?
Finnovic is a Dubai-based broker technology company building software for MT5 forex & CFD brokers. Our suite spans risk (Finnovic Shield), back-office and payments (Finnovic Hub), MT5 administration and a swap-free engine (Finnovic Flow), daily market intelligence (Finnovic Lens) and managed MT5 support (Finnovic Care).
Which trading platforms do you support?
Our products are built around MetaTrader 5 (MT5) and work with the server you already run. No plugins, gateways or modifications to your MT5 server are required for our software to connect — standard access credentials are enough.
How is Finnovic deployed — cloud or on your own Windows servers?
Finnovic Shield can run on your own infrastructure or on servers we provision for you, and we connect using standard MT5 credentials. Most deployments are live within days, not weeks.
Who owns the data?
You do. Your trading data stays within your environment, encrypted in transit and at rest, and is never sold or shared with third parties. Shield keeps a full audit trail and LP credentials are stored encrypted. We can accommodate specific data residency requirements on request.
How does Finnovic Shield detect toxic flow?
Finnovic Shield scores every client against a library of named abuse patterns — from latency arbitrage to swap farming — rather than lumped into a single number. Each client gets a clear risk score, and you can open any flag to see the evidence behind it, so the desk can decide whether to A-book, adjust spreads or simply watch.
Do you support swap-free (Islamic) accounts?
Yes. Finnovic Flow includes a swap-free engine for Islamic accounts alongside its MT5 administration tooling, so you can run Sharia-compliant account groups without manual swap adjustments and keep operations consistent across your platform.
How much does it cost?
We scope per brokerage. Pricing depends on your platform, volume and which products you need, and we offer flexible terms with no long contracts required. Request a quote and we’ll put together pricing tailored to your desk.
What support and SLA do you provide?
Our managed MT5 support provides continuous platform management — monitoring, configuration, plugin management, security updates and troubleshooting — so cover is available whenever markets are open. If the live feed degrades, Shield keeps the desk's picture and the connection recovers on its own. We agree response times with you as part of onboarding.
How do we get started?
